All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — which include skincare, wellness, and personal care items — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to resell or restock products once they have left our fulfilment centre. This policy exists to protect every customer who shops with us and to maintain the integrity of every product we carry.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. In the rare event that your item arrives visibly damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@everloshop.com with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. This does not constitute a general return or refund policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed and submitted to fulfilment. Please ensure all details — including your shipping address and selected items — are correct before checking out.
